now if I am reading this card right whenever deveri,empyrial tactician enters the battlefield or a creature I control deals combat damage to a player, I am able to tap or untap target permanent, so is that till end of turn, permanently how does that work exactly, also detain how's that work if it doesn't say till end of turn anyway if I am playing it right the idea is to tap all your crap so u cant play it or just make it disappear and you have nothing to play with I have played it against standard decks and it works but it sucks I cant belbe's portal a bloodshot Cyclops in white blue green deck only
