Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive is a bit of a hidden gem in the Dominaria set. She's cheap, and she's ridiculously strong in the right deck, better yet, there are so many different ways to build her EDH deck (Infect, control).

This is a really casual version of possible tetsuko decks. Some easy upgrades are: Swap Archaeomancer for Snapcaster Mage, add things like Mana Crypt and Mana Vault to the mana base. Grab some of the better counterspells, Ect.
