A great group-hug general turns nasty in this iteration that looks to spill out gargantuan creatures while controlling the board as much as possible.

Some relevant themes:

EXTRA TURNS: Because you'll want the extra opportunities to get things out with Braids.

• Lighthouse Chronologist, Magosi, the Waterveil , Beacon of Tomorrows , Temporal Mastery, Time Warp, Walk the Aeons: Obvious.

• Timesifter: With so many high CMC spells, it's likely that you'll win this often enough for a net advantage, especially after a successful Mana Severance or Trench Gorger.

• Savor the Moment : Playing an extra card with high CMC means you don't need to sweat not being able to untap.

CONTROL: Because your opponents will be able to play some crazy stuff off of Braids, as well.

• Duplicant, Phyrexian Ingester : Exile problematic creatures.

• Frost Titan, Lorthos, the Tidemaker, Frozen AEther, Tamiyo, the Moon Sage: Tap down problematic creatures.

• Hoverguard Sweepers , Temporal Adept , Tidespout Tyrant, Tradewind Rider , Proteus Staff, Inundate , Capsize: Bounce problematic creatures or permanents.

• Arcane Denial, Counterspell, Dismiss , Faerie Trickery, Forbid, Hinder, Spell Crumple: Counter spells. Doesn't help with anything that comes into play off of Braids, but this helps cover you otherwise.

• Stormtide Leviathan: 'Nuff said.

ABUSE BRAIDS: Because you really shouldn't just let her sit out there, right?

• Vodalian Illusionist, Vanishing : Phase her out to prevent opponents from using her ability.

• Riptide Laboratory : Bounce as needed.

• Darksteel Plate, Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots : Keep her alive.

• Strionic Resonator : Use her ability twice.

• Eternal Dominion : Play excellent stuff for free from your opponents' libraries while putting stuff out with her.

• Paradox Haze : Give yourself more opportunities to put cards into play.

CARD DRAW: Because of course.

• Arcanis the Omnipotent, Consecrated Sphinx, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Sphinx of Magosi, Windreader Sphinx : Casting cost isn't a problem if you can get these out with Braids.

• Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar : Do some siftin'.

• Dreamstone Hedron : Mostly for ramp, but you never know.

• Recurring Insight, Tamiyo, the Moon Sage : Good stuff.

• Venser's Journal, Reliquary Tower : You don't want to get screwed, of course.
