This deck aims to take advantage of ojutai control, with a splash of green to hit the command. That may come out depending on mana problems.

Basically the point is to get ephara out and abuse her by blinking my creatures or token generation with brimaz. 22 instants and sorceress help with this. The mana may seem slightly off with so much blue, but I want to ensure I can hit 4 blue mana when I need
