This deck exists to stress test some mana balancing techniques I've been developing. It's the one weird special case my system doesn't really handle well I think. The problem is: to build the appropriate mana base for the deck, given that there are 4 possible color options. Obviously we want to choose the two most optimum; but does an optimum pair exist, or are all pairs equally good here? Can we possibly tell without asking questions like "What do the dual lands look like in format?" (Hint: Probably not) Do I just pick two at random if that's the case? Suggestions in the comments below.
