So this is a fun idea, when I first saw devotion in Theros, I knew it was going to be strong in a mono colored deck. Fanatic of Mogis is one of the strongest additions of Theros in my opinion.Its obvious that Wizards was aiming for a straight up Minotaur deck when you think of cards like Rageblood Shaman which give +1+1 to all Minotaur you control, coupled with a Fanatic due to its 2 red/1 colorless mana cost is a great combo, but Boros Reckoner is great! It gives you 3 red devotion, and has a sudo evasion because of its passive.After that i just wanted strong creatures that would add a lot of devotion. Fanatic usually does at least a 10 damage burn by turn 6.Magma Jets are amazing too because they cycle while burning.
