A lower-budget Atraxa deck. The goal is to put +1/+1 counters on creatures and take advantage of effects that care about them. The heavy 4-mana color base is handled in part by lands with counters that can be removed for any color mana that can be proliferated indefinitely.

Most of the more expensive cards were already in my collection.
