What started with the Aminatou, the Fateshifter Commander 2018 deck, I've begun tweaking into my own Esper EDH deck.

Combos like Aminatou, the Fateshifter + Felidar Guardian + Oath of Teferi let you blink ETB effects of your permanents an unlimited number of times. Because Felidar Guardian blinks permanents back in instantly, you can blink Aminatou, the Fateshifter to reset her loyalty counters. Oath of Teferi lets you blink an ETB Creature AND Felidar Guardian , which blinks Aminatou, the Fateshifter - rinse and repeat.

This effectively gives unlimited mana too, as you can blink your lands instantly.

Additional Unlimited Blink Effects I took out, because they felt too mean. But, um.. You do you.

A Note on Miracles
You cast the card with miracle during the resolution of the triggered ability. Ignore any timing restrictions based on the card's type.

What does that mean?
It means as long as its the first card you draw (regardless of whose turn it is), you can ignore its timing effect and cast it as if triggering an ability / instant. So, if you use say Sensei's Divining Top or Arcane Denial to draw that miracle card you put on top with Aminatou, the Fateshifter or Sensei's Divining Top on your opponents turn and cast it as a miracle. Take a turn in between each opponent with Temporal Mastery , keep a boardwipe at instant speed with Terminus or Devastation Tide .

Warning - I guarantee the first time you have only open and Sensei's Divining Top and pull out Terminus as an instant, the table will start to watch you more closely though.
