This is just a casual deck looking to abuse's Feather's ability as much as possible.

The point of this deck is to give Boros an unprecedented amount of the card draw it usually lacks, and with Feather, the Redeemed as it's commander, the deck gets back its beloved instants.

Boros Drawing Cards

This deck contains eight one mana draw instants. These can be played on or off your turn with Feather on the board to draw at least two cards per turn once you have one. However, Zada, Hedron Grinder / Mirrorwing Dragon allows the deck to target every creature, effectively drawing cards equal to the number of creatures you control. Because this can be done so frequently, the deck will be holding a lot of cards, but discarding to seven would be a pain, so four 'no maximum hand size' cards have been included.

Ramp

Boros really doesn't have ramp (especially on the cheap end... looking at you, Land Tax ). Having a bunch of mana to sling instants around is something this deck desires, so this is where artifacts come in, especially Solemn Simulacrum . This guy can have his ETB abused with Cloudshift or Eerie Interlude , or both in that order, allowing the possibility of a tapped land (or two) every turn.

Wincons

Boros loves the combat phase , right? The card draw helps fetch the good creatures, like Aurelia, the Warleader or Gisela, Blade of Goldnight . Adamant Will or Sheltering Light prevents opponents from destroying them, while Shelter can be used to make them illegal targets to block an exile spell. Even if that's not an option, an instant combo like Balduvian Rage + Brute Strength + Sheltering Light while Zada, Hedron Grinder / Mirrorwing Dragon is in play is plenty enough to give opponents some* concerns. Also, don't forget Arrester's Zeal on first main phase...
