Okay, so the main purpose of this deck is to be obnoxious with Howl of the Horde by attacking with ... a Bloodsoaked Champion or a token, bringing back your champions but more importantly doing something like a triple Stoke the Flames doing 12 damage for 3 mana (assuming you convoke with tokens or champions). You'd probably stoke at sorcery speed to make use of your Goblin Rabblemaster tokens if you can.

Failing that, you can clear the board with either a) triple Foul-Tongue Invocation or triple Murderous Cut, Kolaghan's Command etc etc... or hey, 9 goblin tokens off a Hordeling Outburst.

Mardu Skullhunter could come out, but I kind of feel like between already making use of the raid mechanic and minor hand denial from the command, it might be a good addition.

The CMC curve is much lower than it appears because the 4-5 cost spells are either delve or convoke. No sideboard figured out yet.
