Fellow wizards! Do you enjoy strong, synergistic decks with a lot of interaction? Do you enjoy having multiple lines of play and a variety of answers? Or maybe you just like to beat face with big dudes? Well, have I got the commander for you!

Say hello to Feldon of the Third Path! My boy has gradually grown what was meant to be a throwaway introduction to the format into my most consistently fun and strong deck to pilot. I hear the hesitation. Mono-red reanimator? Sounds weird and red is arguably the weakest color in a multiplayer format like EDH. I know being restricted to Red's seemingly small slice of the color pie sounds like it would limit our viability at the table if we're not going all-in on goblins or rocking Daretti at the helm, but Feldon does a couple of really cool things that compensate for the shortfalls of going mono-red. First, the tokens he creates are copies of the creature in your graveyard. This means the creatures themselves are not exiled and makes the ability so much easier to abuse. Second, every token he makes becomes an artifact in addition to its regular types. This is extremely relevant as placing Feldon in an artifact shell allows us to do two things. It allows us to cover up some of Red's inherent weaknesses such as ramp, card draw, and recursion while also providing added synergy with our ETB creatures and letting us squeeze maximum value out of every creature we make.
