This is a post-rotation deck built around the synergy between two lovely ladies, Chandra and Liliana. Chandra's ability to copy spells like Volt charge can greatly aid in accumulating loyalty counters on any planeswalker. Liliana's ultimate is very appealing, and getting there fast is the name of the game here.
The creatures selected here are meant to take advantage of Liliana's +1 ability through recursion or utilizing graveyard fodder.
I'm planning on running Ghost Quarter over the Inkmoths for its utility and potential synergy with Grim Lavamancer.
As for finisher's, I have tentatively chosen Sorin Markov and his trademarked Vengeance. Vengeance works hilariously well alongside either Sorin or Chandra, and is almost always a turnaround play on its own.
Sorin himself has been working fantastically for me in black midrange, as I've been finding late game lifegain to be of importance. He might not be the best choice for this deck though. Grave Titan or Wurmcoil Engine could potentially be more beneficial.
Of course, as the rest of Innistrad is revealed this can (and probably will) change drastically. I'd like to hear what you think of this, and would appreciate some suggestions. +1 if you like what you see.
