I am a fairly inexperienced player interested in getting into more competitive magic. I hope to start doing well at FNM's and modern events that my LGS runs. Eventually, I hope to attend GP's and PTQ's and not be crushed. I have chosen to play affinity, as it seems really fun and consistently does well. Specifically, I want to know if my split between Galvanic Blast and Thoughtcast is good or needs to be tweaked. I am also curious about my threats. Affinity needs to run between 14 and 16 "answer me now or lose threats" (correct me if I'm wrong). Currently, I have 15. Is my split between Master of Etherium, Cranial Plating, Etched Champion, Arcbound Ravager, and Steel Overseer good, or do you think that needs to be tweaked. Additionally, I could really use some help with the sideboard. Finally, does this look like a competitive deck capable of placing well at major tournaments?
