This is my first take on a Jeskai Post rotation Burn deck.

Creatures

Flying Mantis is great for 3 mana, Sure its no phoenix but its still a good start with haste

Narset, Enlightened Master This is going to be the powerhouse of the deck. Thats a lot of extra burn per turn. If she comes out its late game and you'll be needing to bring the hurt quick. She'll deliver.

Spells

Jeskai Charm I'll miss Boros Charm but this is a reasonable filler. 4 dmg for 3 mana has a nice ring to it.

Howl of the Horde A very nice spell that will help with the burn. Would be nice if Narset's attack procced the raid mechanic. I tried finding a decent 4 power creature to fit in here but none that are worth the mana.

Deflecting Palm A dmg block is nice, a reflect is amazing. The Hydra meta in my area won't approve of this.

Chandra, Pyromaster As with boros burn she's a nice card draw. I nearly went two of, but Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker is new and shiney and provides a solid 4dmg swing each turn. May end up dropping Chandra for another Sarkhan.

Side board

I haven't put a lot of thought in to this. Its basically old Boros Burn sideboard but with an extra 2 mindswipes, the Thousand Winds probably wont stay long. Far too expensive for my liking.

EDIT: I've swapped 3 Jeering Instigator for Stoke the Flames . The extra burn is more guarenteed and will give Narset more fodder if she is out. I've still kept 1 Jeering Instigate purely because he amuses me and the possibility of flipping on the opponents turn makes me want to consider him despite being slow.
