This is the first deck I am building at all. It's still in it's very early stages and all feedback is very much welcomed. It's main tactic should be to use milling to make my creatures stronger.

Deathcult Rogue is my main way to trigger Paranoid Delusions

Jace's Phantasm is a cheap early game creature which always hit and in combination with some milling is a 5/5 but turn 2/3. consuming abberation does damage and Mills and is an obvious choose for any deck does some kind of milling.

Psychic Strike is my main defence against spells, but I have found I rarely have the mana when I need it the most.

Further I've added 4xFog Bank as my main defence in early and mid game.

I want to add a last Jace's Phantasm to bring them up to four and add a 2x Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker Jace, Memory Adept if I can get my hands on them. Maybe also some Dimir Cha
