Lots of cards with ETB effects and lots of cards to make them flicker!

Use Coiling Oracle and Wall of Omen early game to keep refilling your hand and ensuring you always have the land needed. Lyev Skyknight and Blade Splicer can hold off your opponent's creatures and build an army until you drop a Thragtusk, which you should keep flickering as much as you can for free life and tokens, or Sun Titan which is probably the main win condition.

Venser, the Sojourner provides a free flicker each turn until you either get his ultimate off or simply -1 when you have enough creatures. Eternal Witness refills your hand.
