First things first,

All credit for this deck goes to pickelchu. This deck is based around his budget standard vehicle deck Win on Turn 4/5 Consistently? Yessir which uses consulate dreadnought to overcome opponents with more damage that can be handled. This deck is easily capable of winning out in turn 4, and unhindered, will usually win out no later than turn 7. The goal is to get Consulate Dreadnought and turn it into a creature with Aerial Modification, Siege Modification, Peacewalker Colossus, to attack for large numbers with a big body. Key to the City works well here because it can be combo'd with Fling, and you can deal massive damage for two mana. There are also ways to prevent removal and answers to your typical encounters such as zombies/tokens (Sweltering Suns) or Temur Marvel decks (Kari Zev's Expertise + Fling).
