Sideboard

Sorcery (6)

Creature (2)

This is Legos in Standard! (Actually Competitive), but foiled out. Its fairly priced (If you don't mind 200$ on a standard deck), and still fun to play.

Why Foil?

The obvious reason is to gain the advantage by not only intimidating your opponent but also using the foils to glare the light into your opponents eyes to cause constant distraction, misplays, and temporary blindness. All joking aside its really because sometimes its fun and can be addicting too. Ultimately this is a very cheap deck and wouldn't go out foiling it unless you love it like I do or already have alot of the expensive foils.

Biggest Price Jumps

Lost Legacy went from .57 to 2.38$

Narnam Renegade went from .28 to 2.99$

Gifted Aetherborn went from .52 to 3.18$

Oracle's Vault went from .50 to 3.48$

Pyramid of the Pantheon went from .69 to 4.99$

Aethersphere Harvester went from 2.03 to 5.65$

Winding Constrictor went from .98 to 5.95$

Aether Hub went from 2.59 to 7.99$

Promos

Oracle's Vault and Aether Hub are two promos that should allow easier access in obtaining foils.

Make it Cheaper!

I took out Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet from the sideboard, for if I am to really do this I can afford Gifted Aetherborn and not feel so bad spending money on a foil in standard that will rotate in the somewhat near future. *However if you want to buy Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet foil, he goes for 34.99$. Obtaining a different printing of the basic lands will also reduce the price considerably. The promos may also allow for price drops.

Other Versions

If foiling out is not for you then check out Legos in Standard! (Actually Competitive) where the deck is the same but not foiled and I go more into detail on how to play and what to expect. If you are the complete opposite and are into budget decks then a. Why are you here? and b. Go here Budget Legos 25$ instead for a deck under 25$!

FINALLY YOU!!!

If you happen to come to this page and read everything, Thanks! I appreciate your time and hope you find this deck at least fun or interesting. If you build the deck (foil, budget, or regularly) please let me know as I'd be very interested in how it plays for you and want to see what decks you made on TappedOut. Thanks Again :)
