Smeagol ramps while dumping extra cards into opponents' graveyards. Reanimate that extra stuff, and use the opponents' lands you get from Smeagol to produce any extra colored mana you need to activate that stuff.

I put in some extra graveyard hate in case milling my opponents is helping them more than it's helping me.
