Can't find your muse? Just swipe someone else's! Part Disrupting Scepter, part Grinning Totem, the forgotten gem Muse Vessel allows you to turn your opponent's own cards against him, while picking up some card advantage along the way. Most cruel and unusual!
To back up this strategy, Annex and Confiscate also allow you to swipe your opponent's hard-earned permanents, setting his tempo back while you're at it. Annex is especially nice since, between that and Fellwar Stone, it helps you get the colours of mana to actually play your opponent's stuff earmarked by Muse Vessel.
What good is the Vessel once your opponent's hand is empty, though? Boomerang, Eye of Nowhere and Temporal Adept stuff cards back into your opponent's hand either to slow him down or give your Vessel another crack at stealing them. Note that most of these bounce options can target lands, allowing you to deny your opponent mana in the early game before you drop Muse Vessel to greet his empty board.
