Not many creatures in this deck, so protect against players who think more is better:

• Soul Barrier
• Reins of Power

It's EDH, so bizarre cards should go in! Let's go with:

• Time Stop so I can yell "Stop! Hammer time!" .. Hm, perhaps I should then follow up with a Fall of the Hammer?
• Jester's Mask (oh you have/had a God hand?)
• Wild Ricochet .. no, you don't take two extra turns with your Time Stretch, I do! In fact, I take 4 extra turns! Or I can be nice and give a third player two turns

Niv-Mizzet likes carddraw, so how about:

• Mindmoil
• Chandra, Flamecaller
• Teferi's Puzzle Box

At some point, the board must be wiped clean, so I was thinking about:

• Evacuation
• Mizzium Mortars
• Balefire Dragon

Yes, no Cyclonic Rift. I have but one copy and it's in a deck for my wife.

And EDH is supposed to be fun, so amidst the punishing and dealing damage, let's be nice and help each other out as well:

• Prosperity
• Helm of Awakening
• Horn of Greed
• Howling Mine

With all the card drawing effects we have, no maximum hand size could come in handy. I don't have a Reliquary Tower, unfortunately, but I do own:

• Anvil of Bogardan which helps out with the making friends part ... kind of
• Spellbook
• Library of Leng

No blue deck is complete without some Counterspells, so how about:

• Ertai, Wizard Adept (in favor of reusable counterspells like Forbid)
• Foil .. surprise! I can counter your stuff without it!
• Desertion since I can make far better use of your silly stuff than you can
