As a glutton for punishment, I brew Mono-White, but no combo! Just straight up Human/Angel tribal. Angels are high mana, no? Wouldn't it bite to spend all that mana to play Akroma, Vision of Ixidor , only for her to get shot down by Doom Blade ? Well, thanks to Livio, Oathsworn Sentinel , you can instead exile her with an aegis counter out, and bypass paying all that mana by using his second ability to slam her back out from exile for only THREE mana. Say goodbye, commander tax.

Basic gameplan is get the utility humans out early like Mangara, the Diplomat or lifegain pieces, and stay on curve to get the heavy hitter angels later. Akroma's Will with a board presense or Akroma, Vision of Ixidor + Odric, Lunarch Marshall is pretty much Game Blouses. Otherwise, artifacts can help your Angels get the much needed Akroma superboost. You're gonna be fighting an uphill battle using the weakest color in EDH, but the victory tastes sweet.
