This deck is revolving around enchanting your opponents lands and creatures with Psychic Venom , Pooling Venom and Seizures . This is super annoying by itself, but when you force tap those enchanted cards with the help of Twiddle , Hidden Strings and Dream's Grip , you know that your opponents know that you know that this is nasty. Combining this with mostly unblockable creatues which can be targeted with the cipher ability from Hidden Strings , you have a beastly control deck for little money (~ 16$).

Update; I've added some enchantments(auras) in order to get more physical damage in, if need be.

You can add Mana Web s for increased doom, but it is not nescessary for this deck to work, and can easily be left out if you do not have that kind of money (:
