So I'm trying to build a deck that is legal with my store's ban list (here). It's mainly the french list with a few additions. I want to show them that French ban list isn't the end all be all. Wizards left mana vault and mana crypt for a reason. One thing to consider in my meta graveyard abuse and hate is rampant, so I don't want to rely on mine. The deck could probably use some more graveyard hate.
