This is a deck built around using Eldrazi Scions for mana ramp, board stalls, and efficient sacrificing.

Smothering Abomination, Vampiric Rites, and Evolutionary Leap combine with the scry effect of Catacomb Sifter to give effective card advantage, while zulaport cutthroats use sacrifice pings to grind out stalled matchups and Nantuko Husk beats through to the face with the help of Drowner of Hope. With enough scions on the board for mana, From Beyond can be used to tutor out Drowner of Hope or Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger post-board, using scion ramp for the opportunity to hardcast him while still at low land-counts.

The deck excels in grindy midrange matchups where the sac-for-value engines can set up with multiple From Beyonds. Having Cryptolith Rite and Evolutionary Leap on the board essentially gives all creatures "chump block: reveal cards until you find a creature, then put it into your hand." This makes the scions you churn out turn board stalls into a flood of card advantage, especially when those chump blocks also trigger Cutthroats or Smothering Abominations.

With more than one Cutthroat on the field, saccing several scions can provide an unexpected burst of lethal damage at instant speed or provide strong lifegain in aggro matchups.

The deck consists of mostly 2 and 3 cmc creatures, several of which spawn additional tokens which stabilize the board.

This deck has several possible win conditions and multiple ways to stall out the board against burn, aggro, midrange, and even ramp while it out-values in trades and sets up synergies to zero out opposing players.
