This is a mill deck. It wins roughly turn 5-7. It can play off 2 mana but is better with 3. Advice is welcome. I am trying to keep it budget and modern legal.

Delver of Secrets  +Any spell or instant on the top of the deck.This is just great to get a 3/2 flying. It can be its own win condition.

Jace's Phantasm after you have them mill down at least 10 its a 5/5 flying.This just dominates if you can get it up and going early.
