This deck focus on the use of evolutionary leap to keep turning your little 1/1 tokens of sorts into big threats, it is gas incarnate.
Maybe Not
As of now, EL can fit really well into a couple of deck shells. The deck needs to do well when we don't ind EL. So its important to have a strong deck that can operate on it's own. That can be accomplished very well in an Abzan or G/R devotion shell.
I can build those or I can do something new in a Naya, or four color shell.
I also have to build this deck to the meta. My LGS has a very aggro heavy, and turbofog heavy, like four people run it, so I should try and account for that. White and Red do very well for this. Wild slash and spirit of the labyrinth combat turbo fog. Still need to work around of aggro. Putting it in an existing shell would do well, the removal package can stop aggro.
There are many token producers, mostly in white and red.
After building a naya version of the deck, I am getting the feeling that I need build something like G/W devotion.
The best thing for this deck is to follow the G/W devotion shell. The massive amount of manifests from whisperwood and mastery of the unseen provide the things that we need to sack to EL. The heaver token strategy would take to much of a toll on the power of the deck. There was nothing to make all of the tokens potent like in jeskai tokens, or atarka goblins. So I trimmed down the amount of token cards. Then the tokens became inconsistent. The token making just wan't doing it very well. So I cut all of the token making cards other than secure the waste, and replaced it with mastery of the unseen, and other power and ramp.
It is tempting to remove the red from the deck. The Goblin Rabblemaster, Dragonlord Atarka, and Xenagos, the Reveler are really strong, so it is hard to remove them. For me, it might come out as G/W when I build this on paper because of price.
The next addition to the deck might be impact tremours. The manifest could get 10 damage off by the time I drop atarka for 15, quickly finishing the game form that point.
Like I said before, their are a lot of turbo fog decks in my LGS meta. The manifest engines help them mill me faster, so the spirit of the labyrinth get at least a 3 of in my side. Wild slash will also get a place. Aggro deck will be stopped by my manifest engines. I can block things like rabble and piledriver with them. Secure the wastes can be an early blowout for them.
Need help with the sideboard.
