Are you tired of turn 1 sol ring? Does the idea of Deadeye Navigator going infinite make you groan with displeasure? Are you sick of seeing Protean Hulk win games on the spot because everyone else was dumb enough to tap out?

Then, without further ado, please let me expand your realm of thinking by introducing Frontier EDH. My friends and I have been trying to engage in a new type of brewing and decided to try our hand at Brawl. Unfortunately, Baral is a very terrible card, and even with the banning of Mr. No Fun, some of the mechanics surrounding brawl didn't sit well with us. We come from a very EDH mindset, and have seen countless games won with someone playing Sol Ring turn 1, or blasting everyone out with a Tooth and Nail entwined. The one aspect we did enjoy from brawl was the limited brewing space that it had; in other words, finding fun and interesting card synergies in a limited format. We hated the idea of rotation, as many cool cards would eventually cease to be playable, and then looked to the failed frontier format that had sprung up a little bit ago. Ultimately, my mates and I chose to limit our card pool to Khans forward (aka Frontier) to spice things up a bit and give us a little larger pool with which to brew.

Without further ado, I chose to play a variation of Muldrotha centered around the various legendary creatures that have been printed from the 15 available sets within the format. If you enjoy the idea of a lower power level, I encourage to introduce the idea to your play group as well!
