Had wondered if there could be a deck home to Leyline of the Guildpact. There's a 18-land list out there by someone named Mojoe I think that might do it? Let's see.

Mostly the win condition is something like Zur, Eternal Schemer animating a Leyline Binding while Case of the Shattered Pact is solved (which the Leyline of the Guildpact triggers).

Or you can just get a Tyrranax Rex rolling.

18 lands is tough but there are plenty of ramp cards.

Don't have much for defense. Bushwhack or blockers is pretty much it.
