Garna deck for brawl. Run the opponent out of resources. This is a grindy deck that aims to abuse Garna's ability to give very threatening creatures haste and get them back from the graveyard if destroyed. It is built around a black/red value deck built for multiplayer brawl, using lots of 'each opponent' effects to hit everyone at once.

Instant speed effects

Leaving mana open with nothing else to play but Garna telegraphs your plan a little too hard, so there are some strong instant speed effects this deck can take advantage of. Vona's Hunger and Perilous Predicament make everyone sacrifice a creature, and fateful showdown can be used to bin some of your reanimation targets while getting you a new hand.

Garna interactions

This deck mostly uses her as a value creature, and many of the creatures in this deck love to get haste, such as Etali, Primal Storm, Neheb the Eternal and Combat Celebrant. She's also strong with Hazoret's Monument, which makes her cheaper and lets you discard a creature upon cast which you can get back right away, netting card advantage. Skirk Prospector makes her cheaper and returns to your hand as well to ritual something else.

Hurt everyone else

Just like the two black instants, The Eldest Reborn makes everyone lose resources while reanimating you a big haymaker. Angrath, Herald of Anguish and Arterial Flow discard everone's stuff, and Ribbons is a strong endgame. The sweepers from the First Eruption and Phyrexian Scriptures together with Chaos Maw can help reset the board and get rid of small tokens so your edicts become more effective.
