Hello this is my Gitrog deck that I have been working on since The Gitrog Monster was printed. There are definitely things I still need but for the most part this version of the deck is Cheap and Effective compared to some of the other Gitrog decks I have seen. I built the deck to be fun in a multiplayer format with some disgusting combos to end the game just in case. With some help from other peoples decks and Ideas there are a lot of small interactions and few large ones to win the game. Questions and Comments are Welcome but please do not be disrespectful if you have different ideas. Thank you and enjoy. (Anything in the Maybe board I either dont have or haven't put in yet)

First off we have the Fog set up (WAIT DIDNT YOU CALL THE DECK GET FOGGED?? THIS DECK ONLY HAS 2 FOGS!1??!)

Retreat to Kazandu + Spike Weaver + additional land per turn gives us Quite a bit of protection when we dont have Constant Mists

We also run Thaumatic Compass   + Maze of Ith with Deserted Temple for extra mazes

Next we have some Combos that I used while I was still finishing up my list, Some are a bit far fetched and most need some set up

Psychosis Crawler is an absolute must for any Gitrog deck in my opinion, you can end up drawing a stupid amount of cards doing absolutely nothing, Every Cycle land draws 2 with Gitrog out, and sacrificing all of your lands to zuran orb to kill someone off draw triggers is always an option

The Combo that works with many different cards

So we need a sac outlet for our lands in Zuran Orb which is the better choice compared to Overlaid Terrain since Zuran orb lets us respond at instant speed, Similar this works with Sylvan Safekeeper

Safekeeper or Zuran orb are much better compared to Overlaid Terrain but sometimes the table isnt full of Blue players to stop you from going off

Ideally our boardstate looks like Psychosis Crawler + The Gitrog Monster + Zuran Orb so far

So now we have some options.

Option A: Find any Discard Source ex. Noose Constrictor Wild Mongrel Skirge Familiar or Oblivion Crown and then find Creeping Renaissance To sac all of your lands and then put them all into your hand and then pitch them again to discard, Every time a land goes to the graveyard you will get draw trigger on the stack and with 15 lands this is an OTK; This process can be Sped up by using Faith of the Devoted + Skirge Familiar or having a Horn of Greed on the field and using Splendid Reclamation

P.S. This combo works with Life from the Loam Instead of Creeping Renaissance if you have the mana to keep casting Loam and the Library to not deck yourself

Option B: We Make Tokens. Can't Find the Combo Pieces? Did someone Bojuka bog your yard with half of the cards I have already said? No fear, Titania + Baloths are here! Rampaging Baloths is a very popular Green card in your typical Stompy deck and Titania, Protector of Argoth really likes playing with Gitrog but when combined with enough lands and Splendid Reclamation or World Shaper dying we can make a lot of tokens and flood the board, Add in a Concordant Crossroads and you probably just killed someone!

Option C: The Gitrog Wombo

So if you dont know the interaction between The Gitrog Monster and Dakmor Salvage essentially you can draw your deck with a discard source, and not only that but with Oblivion Crown our frog friend gets pretty big, We could put Jarad in the deck and Sac gitrog to win the game right there or we can play Faith of the Devoted with Skirge Familiar as our discard source and win the game in just 20 triggers. Gitrog + Salvage + ANY discard source is a disgusting combo and when playing cards like Gaea's Blessing + Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre you cannot kill yourself from draw triggers because each trigger is seperate and Each SHUFFLE trigger from either card can be put on the stack and responded to, making it so you cannot actually run out of cards.
