This deck is for comparison. It is a copy of the Ghired the infinite outlaw deck that I created recently, but with a heavier focus on being combo centric and competitive. I'm still fine tuning it, but here is the general layout of the deck:

We want to go infinite as early as possible and when we go infinite, we also want to win the game immediately.

Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds with Midnight Guard or Sunstrike Legionnaire along with any creature token goes infinite. So I added Goblin Rabblemaster and Hellspur Posse Boss and Forbidden Friendship. Each of these cards produce tokens with haste. Midnight Guard or Sunstrike Legionnaire can tap using ghired's ability to copy the tokens infinitely and then swing for game. Alternatively, we can create haste tokens of midnight guard and the legionnaire through Twinflame, Heat Shimmer, Splinter Twin, and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker.

There are also combos with Hyrax Tower Scout, Village Bell-Ringer, Sparring Mummy. Creating haste tokens of these along with Ghired goes infinite.

Making lots of treasures with Dockside Extortionist or Generous Plunderer and ramping with Jeska's Will is another quick way to get what I need and quickly.

I have a few tutors in the deck, notably, Eladamri's Call, Congregation at Dawn, Imperial Recruiter and Archdruid's Charm. This quickly and efficiently gets the cards I need. Again with the recruiter, I can copy it and get more creatures fairly quickly.

A couple suprising standouts in this deck are Selvala, Eager Trailblazer and Oltec Matterweaver, both produce tokens, oltec can create tokens of artifacts which means you can get more treasures or if you copy a mana rock with Molten Duplication, you can copy that token everytime you cast a spell.

I have a couple haste spells in the deck in case Midnight Guard went infinite but without haste. There is also a Terror of the Peaks which can end the game if Midnight Guard goes infinite, or (and more entertaining), you can create a token of it, then copy that token with Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds. Do that with as many creatures you have and you'll be looking at a bunch of 5/4 flyers who also trigger each time another creature enters the battlefield. In one practice game I had kiki jiki make a copy of it, then ghired and others joined in the fun. After I was done making copies, I had 9 terrors on the field. The last one entered and dealt 40 damage by entering.

There's also some decent card draw in the deck with Esper Sentinel, The One Ring, Wylie Duke, Atiin Hero. I have protection in there too with indestructible cards like Boros Charm, Heroic Intervention, and Teferi's Protection.

This deck has proven to be extremely consistent and fast. If you can play a Sacred Foundry and Mana Crypt on turn 1 you can play Midnight Guard. Turn 2 play mountain and Splinter Twin on Midnight Guard, congrats you win on turn 2. But there are plenty of turn 4 and 5 wins.

Some others that are quick and easy are things like turn 1 land, turn 2 land, Druid of the Anima, Turn 3 Sunstrike Legionnaire/Midnight Guard and land. Turn 4 land, Ghired, Mirror of the Wilds and Forbidden Friendship. Sunstrike Legionnaire taps creating a 1/1 dragon token with haste. It untaps, rinse an repeat, swing with army of haste 1/1 dragons. It's actually impressive at how consistent you can pull this off and it has the resiliency to come back when pieces are taken out with removal/counter spells.
