I came up with this deck idea while drafting BFZ, it did well in the draft so I decided to make something out of it and post it.

Sacrifice Element:Having a token every turn gives you lots of cannon fodder for sacrificial spells such as Bone Splinters and Altar's Reap.

Allies Element:Having allies bonuses is an obvious inclusion, having an ally enter play every turn utilizes these to the maximum.

Good Combos: Gideon, Ally of Zendikar + Hero of Goma FadaThis combo gives you an indestructable army and if you have Drana, Liberator of Malakir it gets all attacking creatures +1/+1 virtually indefinitely.

Kalastria Healer + Zulaport Cutthroat + Gideon, Ally of ZendikarThis combo basically casts a pharika's cure every turn, if this combo is in play for long enough you are at a great advantage.

Removal: Stasis SnarePathway Arrows + Sheer DropBone Splinters Smite the Monstrous
