This deck is so complicated. I need to write a primer for it, but honestly I don't even realize its full potential. It's a work in progress so bear wi- ALL HAIL HYPNOTOAD!

Dakmor Salvage is our main combo piece. Dakmor Salvage + Skirge Familiar essentially produce infinite black mana if The Gitrog Monster is on the table. If you don't have Skirge Familiar available, then the simplest way to get infinite mana is to simply find any of the following and play it over and over again as you dakmor loop through your library with a discard outlet:
  • Lotus Petal = infinite green/black
  • Dark Ritual = infinite black
  • Cabal Ritual = infinite black
  • You could also go instant speed of either color, look at the cleanup phase infinite mana sections for more info.
  • I'm also testing to figure out exactly how to go infinite with Lotus Cobra and Crop Rotation. I feel like it could potentially work, I'm just not sure how exactly to set it up. It could also potentially set up a win on its own with Sunscorched Desert.
The beauty of this is that even if you only have The Gitrog Monster and Dakmor Salvage you can simply win at the cleanup phase (assuming you have more than seven cards in hand):
  • Draw your deck (see that section)
  • Discard Skirge Familiar
  • Use Necromancy to reanimate Skirge Familiar
  • Discard any nonland card, then discard Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre
  • Keep dredging Dakmor Salvage for infinite black mana. With two card in you graveyard, you'll just dredge your library every time you discard Dakmor, and since one of them is Ulamog it'll just shuffle those two cards right back into you library immediately, so rinse > repeat > profit).
  • Or you could, you know, also just recast the rituals a bunch of times, but where's the fun in that :P

There's sorcery speed and instant speed:

    Sorcery Speed:

Just cast Syphon Life a bunch of times, retracing it. The pro here is if you find Raven's Crime first you can ensure that your opponents have nothing in their hand to stop you combo.

    Instant Speed:

Dredge things away until you're left with Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, Geth's Verdict, and a land. Then dredge Dakmor Salvage until you end up with just Ulamog and the land in you graveyard, drawing verdict and casting it in response to Ulamog's shuffle trigger. Keep doing this until you win! If opponents sacrificing creatures is an issue in you meta, Ebony Charm is a great replacement. Otherwise, Verdict is definitely a better choice simply because pre-combo it's potentially useful removal.

Infinite green mana with Riftsweeper. Here's the cycle:
Use Crop Rotation to switch between Sunscorched Desert until you ping everyone to death. Watch everyone's reaction as they get killed by a land that pings for one.

Still working on the ideal setup to make this work efficiently.

A huge thank you to everyone at cEDH, who showed me the true ways of ALL HAIL HYPNOTOAD.

Also, a huge thank you to razzliox for his primer, where he explains many of the intricacies of his very similar deck:
