My version surrounding the Big Toad like dude that cares about monsters.

I know that a majority of decks using Gitrog as a general are focused on combo-ing using dredge and reanimation. But I have found that just playing the deck around getting value out of sacrificing permanents is more than enough to win most games.

The deck often wins by just ramping and then overloading the board with its many threats. Commander damage is also a viable strategy which is why the deck includes Rancor and Nylea to give trample. Also utilizing ramp with Urborg and Cabal into Genesis Wave is a way to win for sure.

The one major card missing from the deck at the moment is Crucible of Worlds which I can't afford at the moment. It will most likely take the place of Groundskeeper once it is acquired.
