Ramp. Cast a lot of creatures. Draw off your commander, artifacts, and enchantments which are creature friendly. Swarm the field. Hopefully you can win with Finale of Devastation, Triumph of the Hordes, or River's Rebuke. Protect yourself with 4 counterspells and Heroic Intervention.

If the board is wiped, hopefully you can pick your momentum up again fairly quickly with some of the card draw engines in this deck like bident of thassa, guardian project, kindred discovery, lifecrafter's bestiary, vanquisher's banner etc or simply with those raw card draw spells like braingeyser, pull from tomorrow, and finale of revelation.

This deck is most vulnerable to board wipes and artifact/enchantment based crowd control like propaganda, ghostly prison, and crawlspace etc.
