Here's my addition to budget goblins. Very fast deck with plenty of ways to burn your opponent or their creatures.Guttersnipe is one of the keys to this deck. Use him with a Goblin Grenade, sacrificing a Goblin Arsonist which is an easy 8 damage to the player!

Infernal Plunge is perfect for getting a turn 2 Krenko, Mob Boss to get out a quick army of goblins and using Goblin Chieftain for a nice boost.

Added Curse of the Pierced Heart but will take out for another Guttersnipe.

Finally got him out and my god he's amazing. Guttersnipe was out and on the next turn did a Goblin Grenade, sacrificed Goblin Arsonist and did a Lightning Bolt for an easy 13 damage on turn 3. Had Infernal Plunge on a Goblin Arsonist to get out Guttersnipe on turn 2.
