This deck is an evolution of aggro and midrange. It is about responding to the current meta -- which means this deck will need to be retooled after Gatecrash. Oh well.

Arbor Elf for ramp, Deathrite Shaman for reach or lifegain, Ulvenwald Tracker for a control option, Rancor for obvious, Strangleroot Geist and Dreg Mangler for haste, Predator Ooze and Ranger's Guile (!!!) for resilience, 2x Disciple of Bolas for answers against both aggro and control, 2x Garruk 5 for a solid finisher against anything midrange or control, Wolfir Silverheart for psuedohaste to finish things off with a trampler or a weenie.

Ranger's Guile is this hidden gem. It is counterspell that pumps your creatures. Every single deck in the format wants to target your creatures at some point. OK, OmniDoor doesn't, but you're winning that match anyways. =)
