The most basic plan is to keep recurring threats Reassembling Skeleton. Once you get one or more Desecrated Tombs in play go this becomes a spiral. Alternatively, Memorial to Folly with Crucible of Worlds turns any creature into a jank Reassembling Skeleton. If all else fails dig up and drop a 6/6 flying trampler...

Sideboard

4x Assassin's Trophy - Universal answer to graveyard hate.

2x Demon of Catastrophes - Trade demons to speed up against aggro.

3x Gaea's Blessing - add when using Assassin's Trophy to recur your answers. Hope it mills if Silent Gravestone is in play. When casting this, the first target is another Gaea's Blessing if there are any in your graveyard, the second target is Assassin's Trophy, the third target is generally going to be another copy of either of the first two targets.

4x Ravenous Chupacabra - Because sometimes you need to answer creatures and doing so with a creature in a creature recurring deck seems like a plan.

2x Vraska, Golgari Queen - Because sometimes extra win conditions steal games.
