Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord is a interesting Commander for a few reasons. His abilities suggest that you use your graveyard as much as possible. So Dredge becomes a powerful means to buff him up, turning him into a powerful voltron general without heavily relying on enchantments or equipment.

This deck seeks to utilize the power of dedge and reanimation spells to give it a dual strategy to hit hard early or hit even harder late game. The recycle nature of the deck makes it so you will never need to draw a card as long as you can dedge. While still powering out lands, creatures and what ever else you need at the time.

Your graveyard is your hand in this deck. And nothing should go to waste. Everything that you need can be returned from there. But be warned. If someone decides to hit your graveyard late in the game it can spell the end for you.

The deck is also heavily themed after the Golgari. So cards that I might not otherwise use in the deck are put in here for style points. Such as Sisters of Stone Death.

Strengths:

Can easily win without the use of the Commander.

Can quickly overwhelm your opponent with a large number of large creatures and small creatures.

Does well in multiplayer settings.

High level of sustainability.

Weaknesses:

Poor matchup against control.

Graveyard hate brings this deck to its knees.

Can be slow at times.
