Prison themed EDH deck.

Of my commander decks, this is probably the most difficult one to pull off wins with. It generally draws a lot of hate as soon as you start to play any orb effect (Winter Orb, Static Orb, Hokori, Rising Waters, Stasis) and it's hard to keep a multiplayer game locked down.

When you DO win, it's generally pretty hilarious, though. Hunted Phantasm is an embarrassing card to lose to, Mirror-Sigil Sergeant across the table is depressing when you get 1 mana a turn and Reverse the Sands is awesome when you've been slowly pecked down to single digits through a Propaganda or Windborn Muse tax.

The deck has a lot of subtle synergies beyond playing Winter Orb and mana rocks; there are several ways to keep Stasis on the board indefinitely and your bounce can be very frustrating when an opponent has been saving mana up for a key spell and think they can turn the tide. Keeping your lock permanents protected is the name of the game and you can find yourself swarmed if your opponents nuke an orb and get to untap when you aren't prepared for it.

Ways to make this deck better: more free card draw - Consecrated Sphinx/Mind Unbound/ maybe Howling Mine? Sphinx makes the deck feel unfair so I dropped it. A Force of Will would be perfect for this list, and a Rewind may fit well also.
