This deck aims to win on about T4 by chaining a bunch of rituals and other spells, as well as an active Pyromancer Ascension to get a storm count of 20+ or 9-10 and then flashing back Grapeshot with Past in Flames.

The deck can be broken down into various aspects:

Win-Condition:
Grapeshot - with a lethal storm count
Goblin Electromancer - beatdown can sometimes win it as well

Dig:
Sleight of Hand - pick the best of the top 2 cards.
Serum Visions - when used after Sleight of Hand allows you to see the top 5 cards of your library
Desperate Ravings - instant speed card draw, the discard isn't much of an issue because of Past in Flames
Faithless Looting - again the discard isn't much of a drawback here
Gitaxian Probe - a "free" cantrip that allows you to see your opponent's hand
Manamorphose - is a colour-fixing cantrip that can act as a ritual when Goblin Electromancer is out

Engines:
Pyromancer Ascension - having this card online makes it much easier to combo out
Past in Flames - allows you to recast important cards from the graveyard
Goblin Electromancer - can also be considered an engine

Sideboard:
Lightning Bolt - removal and burn to the face especially with an active Pyromancer Ascension
Empty the Warrens - another win condition
Blood Moon - Punishes decks with greedy manabases, can flat out win some matchups.
Echoing Truth - bounce permanents like Leyline of Sanctity
Shattering Spree - artifact hate
Defense Grid - combo protection
