Self-bounce and combat draws. This deck could easily be made with a $50 restriction. Budget-friendly and enjoyable.

UPDATE: It needs some more cards that can give it teeth in the late game. Shadow Puppeteers is a good inclusion for that, and Sword of War and Peace should be a powerhouse. (This was originally built with a $100 limit in mind, but as with all fun decks, I'm slowly upgrading it over time, so it's no longer sub-$100).
