Trying to make Grenzo somewhat competitive. Considering adding Doomsday, based on the Grenzo cEDH Doomsday primer.

So for those who are new to Grenzo, the deck wins by hitting an infinite loop by having Grenzo, Dungeon Warden + Ashnod's Altar + The Cauldron of Eternity on the battlefield combined with damage dealers like Ayara, First of Locthwain and Purphoros, God of the Forge.

Funnily enough, I just discovered that I don't need the Cauldron so long as I have Ashnod's Altar, Grenzo, damage dealer and Murderous Rider.

Slaughter Games is here just to preemptively remove Humility, the only real counter to this deck that can't be dealt with.

Updates Add

Considering adding split second cards such as Sudden Spoiling to protect my combo of Phyrexian/Ashnod's Altar + Murderous Redcap + Metallic Mimic once assembled.

How, you may ask. Split second prevents players from casting spells or activating abilities while the split second card is on the stack EXCEPT mana abilities. The Altars use mana abilities. So one can repeatedly sac the Redcap to any of the Altars for mana, return without a -1/-1 counter because of the interaction with Metallic Mimic, and trigger it infinitely while the split second card is still on the stack.
