Trying to build a modern deck. This is my first attempt on a more control heavy deck, for I am used to play aggro decks.

Help from experienced format players, especially for mana base and sideboard is appreciated :)

Please not that this is a more or less budgeted version, I know how good Snapcaster Mage is, but I can't afford it, neither Cryptic Command nor Scalding Tarns xD
