I don't think I need to write a full primer because there are so many Kess-Consult primers out there...

The only thing I want to point out is this deck has two roads to victory. the obvious route is Consultation, and the other is storming off with Breach, LED and Brain Freeze. Also want to highlight that there is no plan A or plan B, you simply pick which road will lead you to get the W as the game progresses. You can combo as early as turn 1, or grind it out till you get your line to victory.
