This is a Grixis (Blue/Black/Red) burn deck for standard, splashing black mainly for Collective Brutality. We aim to take advantage of madness outlets like Key to the City and Collective Brutality to cast highly efficient burn spells like Fiery Temper and Alms of the Vein to kill our opponent. Thermo-Alchemist is effectively being +1 damage to all of our spells while also providing an early blocker. Bedlam Reveler is here to refill our hand in the late game, while Curious Homunculus is not only a mana dork in the early game, but we can flip it very fast into a strong attacker.

Specific cards of note:Key to the City is a fantastic madness enabler, giving us a way to discard a card without costing any mana, and thus play a madness spell and still often have mana left over. Being able to pay 2 to loot with it helps in the late game. This card also enables another card we're running, Unlicensed Disintegration, Which goes from good to amazing if we have one in play.Collective Defiance is a great card with a lot of versatility, but being expensive and being unable to deal with Smuggler's Copter means we're only playing 2 in the main. Fevered Visions Is the glue that holds our deck together. An extra draw each turn and 2 damage to our opponents speeds up our clock significantly. This is the only blue card in the main deck but it's well worth it .Prophetic Prism Helps with our 3-colour mana base, but it's also another artifact for Unlicensed Disintegration. Consider running more of these if you need to cut some dual lands for budget reasons.

Sideboard: Weaver of Lightning Blocks Smuggler's Copter all day, as well as crushing UW spirits by pinging down their creatures. A full four Galvanic Bombardment come in against aggressive decks, and is also our only way to kill a Smuggler's Copter for 1 mana other than Fiery Temper off a Key to the City, since most of our madness enablers are sorcery speed. If you need more answers to the copter consider Lightning Axe, which kills it for 1 at instant speed and enables madness. Since we're in a 3-colour deck that includes red, Radiant Flames is a great option, 3 damage to each creature for 3 mana. Kills our Thermo-Alchemist but that's better than being run over, and you can always set it to 2 to spare the Alchemists if that's enough. A single Biting Rain comes in as another way to clear the board, the advantage here being we can cast it at instant speed off a madness enabler. Against control, we have 3 Negate and 2 Metallurgic Summonings. We've already got a pretty good matchup versus control with Fevered Visions, but Negate is very helpful for stopping planeswalkers (which would otherwise require valuable burn spells to get rid of) and Metallurgic Summonings Turns all our spells into creatures as well. Remember that when you cast a spell for madness you still get the token for it's converted mana cost, so you get a 3/3 from casting Fiery Temper even if you cast it for madness.
