This is going to be a reworking of Adam Bialkowsi's deck that did well at SCG Richmond on 07/26/15. It's going for a more budget build (though the original deck was still relatively inexpensive compared to Abzan Control or Abzan Rally)

In doing so, I'm trying to: a) Find worthy substitutes for the pricier cards b) Find substitutes that will stay in after the rotation (or cards that don't break the bank to play with for a short while)

I put 4x Wooded Foothills and 4x Thunderbreak Regents into the maybe board to try and slim the costs down a bit.

I've play tested the deck a few times and it seems to be doing alright. Harbinger seems like it can fall prey to a wider scope of removal, which makes me nervous at times.
