Just a straight forward semi-aggro / semi-control creature based deck that is built around Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Grafdigger's Cage , and Grand Abolisher to slow down and toy with popular decks / abilities that are being heavily played in the current standard format. Things such as Solar Flare, Grixis, Red Deck Wins, U/W Delver, U/B control, Tempered Steel, Kessig Titan, flashback, cards entering battlefield from library (Green Sun's Zenith, Shape Anew/Blightsteel, ect), and graveyard manipulation would all be heavily affected one way or another whilst also having to deal with some of the best creatures in the game today (Geist, Thrun, Crusader, Phantasmal, ect), which can be cast on turn 2 with Birds of Paradise .

As stated, it's worth noting that many of the creatures being used in this deck are very tough to deal with in an instant. The Thalia, Abolisher, and Grafigger's cage should make them even tougher to deal with for most decks, even if they get the window of opportunity to do so. Not sure if it will be viable at FNM or any standard tournament, but willing to give it a shot as I believe Thalia and Grafdigger's cage are real game changers in the current format and it should be very interesting to see how some of the top decks are affected.
