This is a counterburn deck focused around getting and protecting Guttersnipe.

We use cards like Chemister's Insight and Risk Factor to gain cards while also dealing damage with Guttersnipe. Even though we are a burn focused deck, the goal is to counter our opponent while also dealing damage, cards like Shock and Lightning Strike have proved effective for killing creatures as well as doing a final burn out.

The side-board allows us to change focus depending on the enemy deck. For "go wide" strategies we have more Shock, Electrostatic Field, and Wee Dragonauts. For "go tall" strategies we have Essence Scatter and Disdainful Stroke. In more grindy and or controlling matchups we can go with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and possibly Disdainful Stroke (however the deck seems to be better against these).

Where the deck struggles is against very fast decks that play many threats (such as aggro or ramp). We tend to get gassed out before our opponent is if we don't get many draw spells or they feel like they can pay for Risk Factor. Suggestions are appreciated!
